- Term of protection – 5 years from filing date
- Examination – Formality only
- Application with multiple figures – Acceptable for up to 50 figures
- Renewal – Allowed for two consecutive of 5 years each
- Power of Attorney from the applicant simply signed and stamped indicating the name and title of the signatory.
- Three representations of the design.
- Short description of the design.
- Priority document, if priority is claimed.
- Power of Attorney from the Assignee simply signed and stamped indicating the name and title of the signatory.
- Deed of Assignment simply signed and stamped notarized.
- Power of Attorney from the entity surviving the merger simply signed and stamped indicating the name and title of the signatory.
- Notarized deed of Merger signed and stamped.
- Certified copy of certificate of merger duly legalized by Moroccan Consulate
- Power of Attorney from the entity surviving the merger simply signed and stamped indicating the name and title of the signatory.
- Notarized deed of Merger signed and stamped.
