- Search – Yes through the published ones only by title, patentee name, inventors, and priority/PCT number/date
- Examination – Both formality and substantive
- Publication – Applications are published upon grant
- Opposition – There are no provisions
- Annuities – Paid after grant and payable on the anniversary of the international filing date. A grace period of 6 months for late payment of annuities with an extra charge
- Term of Protection – 20 years from the international filing date
- Power of Attorney from the applicant simply signed and stamped indicating the name and title of the signatory.
- Copies of the specification, claims, abstract and formal drawings.
- Certified priority document.
- Power of Attorney from the Assignee.
- Deed of Assignment duly legalized by Moroccan Consulate
- Power of Attorney in the new name and/or address, simply signed and stamped indicating the name and title of the signatory.
- Extract from the Commercial Register
- Power of Attorney from the entity surviving the merger, simply signed and stamped indicating the name and title of the signatory.
- Certified copy of certificate of merger duly legalized by Moroccan Consulate
- Power of Attorney from the licensee simply signed and stamped indicating the name and title of the signatory.
- License agreement duly legalized by Moroccan Consulate
